Welcome to AR Magic, a marketing automation platform developed as part of the Traffic Hub Network. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AR Magic, including its website, software, services, training resources, marketing tools, and related features.
By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, or using AR Magic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AR Magic is designed to help businesses, entrepreneurs, marketers, creators, and organizations organize contacts, automate follow-up, plan campaigns, send emails, analyze engagement, and improve marketing activity.
Depending on membership level and availability, AR Magic may include mailing lists, autoresponders, broadcasts, subscription forms, contact management, contact profile cards, activity notes, tags, campaign planning, email credits, engagement analytics, conversion tracking, Lead Bank tools, Learning Center resources, workshops, marketing journals, exports, and other related features.
Features may be added, improved, limited, suspended, replaced, or retired as the platform develops.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify AR Magic support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
AR Magic may offer Free, Pro, Elite, Founder, lifetime, promotional, or other membership levels. Features, list limits, training access, monthly credit allowances, storage, sending capacity, pricing, and support may differ by plan.
Current plan details shown inside the platform or on the applicable pricing page control unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Promotional or complimentary benefits may be changed or withdrawn when the promotion ends.
Email delivery uses an email credit system. In general, one successfully attempted recipient send may consume one email credit, subject to the current Credit Policy and system rules.
Monthly membership credits may differ from purchased credits. Monthly credits may reset, expire, or fail to roll over according to the Credit Policy. Purchased credits may be governed by separate expiration, refund, and usage rules.
You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and planning campaigns before adding or activating large subscriber groups. Campaigns, introductions, broadcasts, or scheduled messages may pause when sufficient credits are unavailable.
Campaign Planner estimates are planning tools only. Actual credit use depends on active contacts, enabled messages, schedule, delivery attempts, broadcasts, introductions, retries, suppression rules, and other campaign settings.
You are solely responsible for contacts, leads, subscribers, lists, content, notes, tags, and data you upload, import, create, or manage.
By adding a contact, you represent that you have a lawful basis and any required permission to email that person. You must not use purchased, scraped, harvested, guessed, rented, or otherwise unauthorized lists unless you can independently demonstrate lawful permission for each recipient.
You are responsible for list quality, consent records, targeting, campaign frequency, message content, and compliance with laws that apply to you and your recipients.
You may not use AR Magic to:
Additional requirements appear in the Anti-Spam Policy and Acceptable Use Policy once published.
You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly. AR Magic may automatically suppress, pause, unsubscribe, or block recipients based on opt-outs, complaints, repeated failures, bounces, provider feedback, legal requirements, or platform safety rules.
You may not reactivate an unsubscribed or suppressed contact unless permitted by law and the person has provided new, verifiable consent.
AR Magic may provide contact profiles, notes, tags, activity history, engagement classifications, conversion information, and Lead Bank history. These tools are provided to help users organize follow-up and understand campaign activity.
Tracking data may be incomplete or affected by email clients, image blocking, privacy protections, link scanners, provider delays, browser settings, device behavior, or third-party systems. Opens, clicks, engagement scores, and classifications should be treated as indicators, not guaranteed facts.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of notes and personal information entered into contact records.
AR Magic provides tools, education, automation, and reporting. We do not guarantee sales, income, revenue, leads, traffic, open rates, click rates, conversions, deliverability, referrals, customer retention, or business success.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including list quality, consent, targeting, content, offer, timing, sender reputation, competition, market conditions, third-party systems, and user decisions.
Learning Center lessons, workshops, examples, recommendations, analytics explanations, campaign-planning tools, and coaching content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional guidance.
Paid memberships renew according to the billing option selected at purchase unless canceled. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges until cancellation takes effect.
Plan upgrades, promotional credits, complimentary credits, purchased credits, refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes may be subject to additional policies and payment-provider rules.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges according to provider timing but does not automatically reverse completed charges or restore consumed credits.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation. Maintenance, upgrades, security work, hosting issues, internet failures, email-provider interruptions, payment-provider outages, or events outside our control may affect access or delivery.
AR Magic may rely on third-party hosting, email delivery, payment, analytics, security, and infrastructure services. Their performance and policies may affect platform operation.
AR Magic may provide tools to view, organize, download, export, move, pause, reactivate, tag, note, or delete contact information. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business data.
We may retain certain records when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, suppression, dispute resolution, or platform integrity.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create excessive complaints or delivery risk, misuse credits, engage in fraud, threaten security, break applicable law, harm third-party providers, or expose the platform or other users to material risk.
Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a problem. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect recipients, users, infrastructure, payment systems, or legal interests.
AR Magic software, branding, interfaces, documentation, training, graphics, templates, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Traffic Hub Network and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, sublicense, or commercially exploit platform materials except where expressly permitted in writing.
You retain responsibility for content you create or upload. You grant AR Magic a limited license to host, process, transmit, format, display, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
You represent that your content does not violate law, privacy rights, publicity rights, contracts, trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Magic, Traffic Hub Network, and their owners, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, delivery failures, reputation harm, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to AR Magic will not exceed the amount you paid for AR Magic during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AR Magic, Traffic Hub Network, and their owners, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your subscriber lists, content, campaigns, conduct, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may update the platform and these Terms as AR Magic develops or as legal, technical, billing, security, or operational requirements change.
Updated Terms become effective when published unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read together with the AR Magic Credit Policy, Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund or Billing Policy, and any other policies published within the platform.
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through official AR Magic support channels or by email at marketing@traffichubnet.com.
These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement governing your use of AR Magic unless a separate written agreement applies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
