By using AR Magic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Depending on how AR Magic is used, we may collect account information such as name, email address, username, encrypted password credentials, membership level, account preferences, support communications, and account activity.
For paid memberships or purchases, third-party payment providers may process billing information. AR Magic does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.
Members may upload, collect, or manage subscriber information including names, email addresses, list membership, source information, status, tags, notes, campaign history, qualification history, engagement classifications, and related contact activity.
Members are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permission status, and appropriate use of the subscriber information they place in AR Magic.
AR Magic may store campaign and delivery records including autoresponder messages, broadcasts, send dates, scheduled activity, delivery status, failures, bounces, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, conversions, revenue attribution, credits used, and campaign statistics.
Open and click tracking may use tracking pixels, redirect links, provider webhooks, and related identifiers. Some email clients, privacy tools, scanners, and security systems may affect tracking accuracy.
AR Magic may maintain Lead Bank history, introduction and qualification status, release information, destination lists, contact profile cards, dated notes, tags, engagement scores, and recent activity.
These records help members organize contacts, document follow-up, understand engagement, and manage relationships.
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session identifiers, login dates, timestamps, referring pages, error logs, diagnostic records, security events, and user-agent information.
This information may be used to maintain sessions, secure accounts, investigate abuse, diagnose errors, improve reliability, and protect AR Magic and its users.
Information may be used to operate AR Magic, authenticate users, provide contact and campaign tools, deliver requested email, maintain credit balances, process payments, generate analytics, provide training, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, enforce policies, improve features, and comply with legal obligations.
AR Magic processes subscriber information and campaign instructions on behalf of members. Members determine which contacts they upload, which messages they create, which campaigns they activate, and how they use contact notes and tags.
AR Magic may also send platform, qualification, transactional, security, account, or support communications when permitted by law and platform policy.
AR Magic may use cookies, sessions, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, protect forms, remember preferences, support embedded tools, measure usage, and improve security.
Disabling cookies may prevent login or interfere with important platform functions.
AR Magic may use third-party providers for email delivery, payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, customer support, and related services.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or protect their systems. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Payments may be processed through services such as PayPal, Stripe, or other approved providers. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize, complete, dispute, refund, or investigate transactions.
AR Magic may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, payer email, subscription status, plan information, and limited billing details, but does not intentionally receive or store full payment-card credentials.
Email delivery providers may receive recipient addresses, names, subject lines, message content, campaign identifiers, and delivery metadata needed to transmit and report email activity.
Delivery providers and receiving mail systems may independently process messages for spam prevention, security, abuse detection, and delivery operations.
We may share information with service providers, payment processors, professional advisers, hosting and security vendors, legal authorities, or business successors when reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, respond to valid legal requests, or complete a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
AR Magic does not sell member subscriber lists as a data-broker product.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
No internet transmission, email system, payment system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Members should use strong passwords, protect login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, investigate abuse, preserve security logs, meet legal obligations, and support business operations.
Some information may remain in backups, archived logs, payment records, suppression lists, unsubscribe records, or fraud-prevention records after a contact or account is deleted.
AR Magic may retain unsubscribe and suppression information to prevent future unauthorized email and to document compliance. Removing a contact from an active list does not necessarily remove the address from suppression or compliance records.
Depending on available functionality, members may view and update account details, search contacts, change contact status, add or delete notes, manage tags, move contacts, export subscriber information, remove contacts, and manage campaign settings.
Members should maintain their own appropriate backups of important business information.
Individuals seeking access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other privacy rights should first contact the member or business that collected their information when that member controls the campaign and subscriber relationship.
Requests concerning an AR Magic account or information controlled directly by AR Magic may be submitted through official support channels. We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request.
Members are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission, providing required notices, honoring subscriber rights, maintaining accurate records where practical, using exports responsibly, protecting downloaded information, and complying with privacy and email-marketing laws applicable to their activities and recipients.
AR Magic and its service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where providers maintain operations. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ across jurisdictions.
Members are responsible for determining whether their use requires additional notices, agreements, consent mechanisms, or transfer safeguards.
AR Magic is not directed to children under the minimum age required to independently consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law.
If AR Magic or Traffic Hub Network is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
Information may be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, legal process, or to protect AR Magic, members, subscribers, service providers, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.
Open, click, delivery, location, device, conversion, and engagement data may be estimated or affected by third-party systems, image blocking, automated scanners, privacy protections, shared devices, forwarding, network routing, and provider reporting.
Analytics are provided as operational and educational information and should not be treated as perfectly precise personal profiles.
We may update this Privacy Policy as AR Magic changes or as legal, security, technical, and operational requirements develop.
The updated version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date acknowledges the updated policy.
