AR Magic Support & Contact Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

1. Our Commitment

AR Magic is committed to providing reliable marketing tools, educational resources, and fair customer support. When a member reports a concern, we will review available account records, system activity, payment information, campaign data, and other relevant evidence before reaching a conclusion.

2. Before Contacting Support

Many common questions can be answered by reviewing the Learning Center, dashboard notices, Campaign Planner, campaign health information, Terms of Service, Email Credit Policy, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Spam Policy.

Members should first review current credit balances, emails waiting, campaign status, subscriber totals, list settings, and recent activity where relevant.

3. Official Support Channel

Official support requests may be submitted by email to marketing@traffichubnet.com or through any additional support channel published inside AR Magic.

Messages sent through unofficial social accounts, personal profiles, third-party groups, or unrelated platforms may not be treated as formal support requests.

4. Information to Include

To help us investigate efficiently, include as much of the following information as possible:

5. Types of Support

AR Magic may assist with account access, memberships, credit balances, campaign planning, subscriber management, Contact Manager tools, campaign analytics, policy questions, technical errors, payment verification, and general platform guidance.

6. Support Limitations

Unless separately purchased or expressly offered, standard support does not include custom campaign management, legal advice, accounting advice, guaranteed marketing results, custom copywriting, list acquisition, third-party account administration, or hands-on management of a member's business.

Educational guidance and Learning Center content are informational and do not guarantee sales, leads, conversions, deliverability, or business success.

7. Bug Reports

If you believe you found a software bug, describe what happened, what you expected to happen, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue. Include screenshots or recordings when possible.

Confirmed issues may be prioritized according to severity, security impact, number of affected users, operational risk, and development schedule.

8. Feature Requests

We welcome suggestions for improving AR Magic. Feature requests may be reviewed, documented, backlogged, revised, combined with other ideas, or declined. Submission of an idea does not guarantee implementation or create ownership, compensation, or exclusivity rights.

9. Billing and Credit Questions

Billing, membership, or purchased-credit questions should include transaction details, payment date, amount, payment provider, and any available receipt or transaction identifier.

Before discussing protected billing or account information, we may request reasonable verification of account ownership.

10. Investigation Records

When reviewing a support concern, AR Magic may examine account status, login history, membership records, payment records, credit ledger entries, email events, queue records, campaign settings, subscriber records, system logs, provider responses, and relevant communications.

Support decisions will be based on the records reasonably available at the time of review.

11. Member Data and Account Changes

Support will generally avoid deleting lists, subscribers, campaigns, notes, or other member-controlled data without the member's request or a valid security, legal, abuse, or operational reason.

Members are responsible for reviewing and managing their own lists, contacts, campaigns, notes, tags, and credit usage.

12. Courtesy Adjustments

AR Magic may choose to provide courtesy credits, account adjustments, extensions, or other assistance. A courtesy action is voluntary, may be limited, and does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, system failure, or an obligation to provide the same adjustment in the future.

13. Response and Resolution

We aim to review support requests within a reasonable period, but response and resolution times may vary depending on complexity, available evidence, third-party providers, security concerns, development requirements, and request volume.

Some matters may require additional information, technical testing, payment-provider review, or escalation before they can be resolved.

14. Third-Party Services

Some AR Magic functions depend on hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery providers, mailbox providers, internet services, and other third parties. We may help investigate these matters, but we cannot guarantee the actions, availability, delivery decisions, or response times of third parties.

15. Security and Account Access

Never send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary support email.

We may reset access, restrict activity, or request verification when we reasonably believe an account may be compromised or used without authorization.

16. Respectful Communication

Members and support representatives should communicate respectfully and professionally. Threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, discriminatory abuse, repeated disruption, or attempts to manipulate support may result in restricted communication, account review, suspension, or termination under the Terms of Service.

17. Complaints and Disputes

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, members are encouraged to contact AR Magic support and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the concern.

Opening a dispute does not prevent AR Magic from supplying account records, policy information, payment records, campaign history, credit activity, support communications, and other relevant evidence to the payment provider.

18. No Guarantee of Requested Outcome

Submitting a support request does not guarantee a refund, credit adjustment, feature change, data restoration, campaign result, or any particular outcome. Each request will be evaluated under the applicable facts, records, policies, and law.

19. Platform Improvements

AR Magic is continually evolving. Support reports, bug reports, feature requests, campaign behavior, and member feedback may be used to improve tools, training, warnings, documentation, workflows, analytics, and platform reliability.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Support & Contact Policy as AR Magic, support channels, membership services, and operational procedures evolve. The updated version becomes effective when published unless another date is stated.

21. Related Policies

This policy should be read with the Terms of Service, Email Credit Policy, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Spam Policy.
