A monthly allowance tells you how many emails you can send. Delivery capacity tells you how quickly they land — and for anything time-sensitive, that is the number that decides whether the campaign works at all.

Exact completion time depends on worker runtime, active queue volume, provider conditions, credit availability and platform safety rules, so AR Magic does not promise a fixed finish time.
Nothing is lost to a rate limit. Messages above your hourly capacity wait in the queue and are released in the next cycle — the dashboard reports them as deferred, not failed.

Know before you launch
Campaign Planner estimates the cost from your list size and campaign length before anything sends.
Your dashboard shows credits used, credits remaining and the next monthly reset at all times. Failed delivery restores credits where the published Credit Policy covers it. If a balance runs out mid-campaign the campaign pauses safely rather than failing, and eligible messages can continue once credits are added and requeued. Additional credit packages can be purchased from inside your dashboard where available.
Membership processing priority
AR Magic assigns a queue priority and a support classification to every membership. Sending order is decided by priority first, then by age, so paid memberships receive increased queue priority — helping eligible messages enter processing sooner when several membership levels are waiting.
