Autoresponder Magic
AR Magic Anti-Spam Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

AR Magic is committed to permission-based, lawful, and responsible email marketing. This policy applies to every member, account, list, campaign, broadcast, autoresponder, form, imported contact, Lead Bank record, and email sent through AR Magic.

This policy forms part of the AR Magic Terms of Service. By using AR Magic, you agree to follow this policy and all email, privacy, consumer-protection, and direct-marketing laws that apply to you and your recipients.

1. Permission-Based Email Only

You may email only recipients you are legally permitted to contact. Permission should be clear, specific, current, and connected to the sender, business, product, service, or subject being promoted.

You must be able to explain how each contact joined your list and, when requested, provide reasonable evidence of consent, a qualifying relationship, or another lawful basis.

2. Prohibited Lists and Lead Sources

You may not upload, import, store for sending, or email lists that are scraped, harvested, guessed, generated, purchased, rented, borrowed, traded, deceptively collected, outdated, or obtained without specific and verifiable permission for your use.

Public availability of an email address does not automatically create permission to send marketing email.

3. Accurate Sender Information

Every message must use accurate and non-deceptive sender information. You may not falsify or conceal the sender name, from address, reply-to address, domain, routing information, business identity, or the person responsible for the message.

4. Honest Subject Lines and Content

Subject lines, headers, offers, calls to action, and message content must be truthful and must not mislead recipients about the purpose, sender, product, price, urgency, results, or nature of the email.

You may not disguise advertising as a personal, legal, security, account, or transactional message.

5. Identification and Contact Information

Commercial messages must include any sender identification, advertising disclosure, business information, and valid physical postal address required by applicable law.

6. Unsubscribe Requirements

Every marketing email must contain a clear and functioning way for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out.

You may not remove, hide, disable, alter, or interfere with AR Magic unsubscribe links, suppression functions, compliance footers, or opt-out processing.

Opt-out requests must be honored promptly and within the time required by applicable law. You may not charge a fee, require login, demand unnecessary information, or force unrelated steps to unsubscribe.

7. Suppression and Reactivation

AR Magic may retain unsubscribe, complaint, bounce, and suppression records to prevent future unauthorized email.

You may not reactivate, re-import, move, duplicate, or email an unsubscribed or suppressed contact unless the person provides new, verifiable permission and reactivation is permitted by law and platform rules.

8. Complaints, Bounces, and List Quality

You must monitor complaints, invalid addresses, repeated failures, hard bounces, low engagement, and other signs that a list is outdated or unauthorized.

AR Magic may pause, suppress, restrict, or remove contacts and campaigns when risk indicators threaten deliverability, infrastructure, providers, or other users.

9. Imported Leads and Lead Bank

Imported leads may be placed into the Lead Bank, Introduction Center, qualification workflow, or another controlled process before entering a normal autoresponder.

Qualification tools do not create permission where none exists. Members remain responsible for the legality and source of every imported lead.

10. Forms and Subscriber Collection

Signup forms must clearly explain what the subscriber is requesting, who will send the email, and the general nature of the messages where required.

You must not use deceptive forms, hidden consent, unrelated registrations, or misleading incentives to add people to marketing lists.

11. Prohibited Content and Conduct

12. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all email sent through your account, including email created by employees, contractors, assistants, clients, affiliates, or other authorized users.

13. Affiliate and Referral Marketing

Affiliate, referral, and promotional email must follow the same permission, identification, honesty, unsubscribe, and list-quality requirements as every other campaign.

14. Email Credits Do Not Create Permission

Purchasing a membership, purchasing credits, obtaining a lead file, or paying for advertising does not grant permission to email any person.

Email credits authorize platform processing only. They do not replace consent, lawful authority, or compliance obligations.

15. Monitoring and Enforcement

AR Magic may review sending activity, complaints, bounces, unsubscribes, list sources, forms, messages, links, provider feedback, and system logs to investigate potential abuse.

We may request proof of permission, pause campaigns, limit sending, quarantine lists, suppress contacts, disable forms, restrict credits, or limit account access while a review is underway.

16. Suspension and Termination

Violations may result in warning, campaign pause, sending restriction, contact suppression, account suspension, or termination.

Serious violations, including phishing, fraud, malicious content, deliberate spam, repeated complaints, evasion of suppression, or falsified consent, may result in immediate termination.

Suspension or termination for spam or abuse does not automatically create a right to a refund.

17. Reporting Spam or Abuse

Spam, phishing, abuse, or unauthorized email sent through AR Magic may be reported through official support channels or by emailing marketing@traffichubnet.com.

Reports should include the full message, sender information, date and time, relevant headers when available, and an explanation of the concern.

18. Compliance Records

Members should maintain records showing how and when contacts provided permission, what they were told, which form or source was used, and when permission was withdrawn.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as laws, provider requirements, deliverability standards, platform features, and abuse risks change. The updated policy becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated.

20. Related Policies

This policy should be read with the Terms of Service, Email Credit Policy, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable billing or refund policies.
