AR Magic Email Credit Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

This Email Credit Policy explains how email credits work within AR Magic, including monthly membership credits, purchased credits, credit use, campaign planning, credit resets, paused messages, failed-send restoration, and campaign resumption.

This policy forms part of the AR Magic Terms of Service. By using AR Magic, you agree to this policy.

1. What Is an Email Credit?

An email credit authorizes AR Magic to process one email message for one recipient. In general, one email sent to one recipient uses one email credit.

Actual usage depends on active recipients, enabled messages, campaign schedules, subscriber status, qualification steps, broadcasts, and completed processing.

2. Monthly Membership Credits

Qualifying membership plans may include a monthly email credit allowance. The exact allowance depends on the member's active plan and is shown in the platform, credit wallet, or applicable pricing page.

The current Pro plan includes 1,500 monthly email credits. Other plans may include different allowances.

Monthly membership credits are a service benefit. They are not cash, deposits, stored value, or property that can be transferred outside AR Magic.

3. Monthly Reset

The member dashboard may show the monthly allowance, credits used, credits remaining, purchased-credit balance, and next reset date.

At the monthly reset, the monthly usage allowance renews according to the active plan. Unless AR Magic expressly states otherwise, unused monthly membership credits do not roll over.

Purchased credits remain separate from the monthly allowance and are handled under this policy.

4. Purchased Credits

Members may purchase additional email credits through available AR Magic credit packages. Purchased credits are added only after successful payment confirmation.

Purchased credits may remain available beyond a monthly reset unless a checkout offer states otherwise. They may be used only within AR Magic, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or assigned without written approval.

Packages, prices, quantities, discounts, and payment methods may change. The amount shown and accepted at checkout controls the purchase.

5. Order of Credit Use

AR Magic may determine whether monthly credits or purchased credits are consumed first. Members should monitor the total remaining balance and both credit categories.

6. When Credits Are Used

Credits may be used when AR Magic processes authorized email delivery, including autoresponder messages, welcome or Day 0 messages, broadcasts, qualification introductions, and other member-requested email functions.

Contacts that are unsubscribed, suppressed, invalid, or otherwise ineligible may be excluded from sending and may not consume credits.

7. Failed Sends and Credit Restoration

AR Magic is designed to restore consumed credits when its sending process records an email as failed before successful acceptance by the delivery provider.

Restoration may not apply where a receiving system accepts a message and later filters, rejects, quarantines, or bounces it, or where delivery is affected by recipient addresses, list quality, content, reputation, mailbox limits, third-party systems, or user decisions.

AR Magic records available send, failure, bounce, and delivery information, but final inbox placement is controlled by third-party mail systems.

8. Low-Credit Warnings

AR Magic may display warnings when credits are low, when available credits are below a campaign estimate, or when more messages are scheduled than the current balance can support.

Warnings are provided to help members plan, but members remain responsible for monitoring balances and campaign requirements.

9. What Happens When Credits Reach Zero

When sufficient credits are unavailable:

Adding contacts does not guarantee email delivery. Contact count and available credit balance are separate values.

10. Paused and Waiting Messages

Messages that cannot send because credits are unavailable may be recorded as waiting, scheduled, pending, credit-paused, or a similar operational status.

AR Magic may apply queue protections, sending intervals, recovery controls, and expiration rules intended to prevent unreasonable bursts of delayed sequence messages.

11. Resuming After Credits Are Added

After credits are successfully added, eligible credit-paused messages may return to processing. Sending resumes according to normal queue, campaign, schedule, subscriber, safety, and capacity rules.

Messages are not guaranteed to send instantly, and purchased credits do not guarantee inbox placement.

12. Campaign Planner

The Campaign Planner helps estimate campaign requirements using subscriber count, message count, campaign duration, frequency, current credits, and additional recommended credits.

A basic estimate is: subscribers × messages per subscriber = estimated credits required.

Planner results are estimates, not guarantees. Actual usage may change when contacts are added or removed, messages are enabled or disabled, broadcasts are sent, contacts unsubscribe, addresses fail, qualification messages run, or campaign settings change.

13. Member Responsibility for Planning

Before importing or activating a large contact group, members should review the number of contacts, messages per contact, campaign duration, sending frequency, available balance, and estimated additional credits.

A paid membership provides the benefits and defined credit allowance of the selected plan. It does not provide unlimited email delivery unless a plan is expressly advertised as unlimited.

14. Lead Bank and Controlled Campaigns

Contacts stored in the Lead Bank may remain outside normal autoresponder delivery until approved, introduced, qualified, released, or enrolled.

Members may use the Lead Bank and Campaign Planner to divide contacts into controlled groups, estimate costs, release only selected contacts, review results, and then activate additional groups.

Lead storage and email delivery are separate functions.

15. Broadcast Credits

A broadcast sends one message to multiple eligible recipients. In general, the number of eligible recipients is the estimated number of credits required.

Members should review their balance before confirming a broadcast. AR Magic may require confirmation and a credit check before full broadcast delivery begins.

16. Qualification and Introduction Emails

Certain imported leads may receive an introduction or qualification message before entering a normal autoresponder campaign. Depending on the workflow, member credits or authorized system credits may pay for that introduction.

Qualification may include a waiting period, opt-out opportunity, approval, and later release into Day 0 or another selected campaign.

17. Promotional and Courtesy Credits

AR Magic may provide bonus, promotional, replacement, administrative, or courtesy credits. These may have special conditions or expiration dates and may be corrected or revoked if granted in error, obtained through misuse, or connected to a reversed payment.

Courtesy credits offered to resolve a support concern do not constitute an admission of system failure, wrongdoing, or liability.

18. Payment Reversals, Disputes, and Fraud

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, unauthorized, or fraudulent, AR Magic may remove related credits, adjust the wallet, pause campaigns, restrict purchases, suspend the account, or recover permitted losses.

Credits already used before reversal may create a negative or recoverable account balance.

19. Refunds for Purchased Credits

Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchased email credits are generally non-refundable after being added or used.

AR Magic may review requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect quantities, unauthorized payments, credits not added after confirmed payment, or documented technical failures directly caused by AR Magic.

Refund eligibility does not include dissatisfaction with opens, clicks, conversions, sales, inbox placement, list quality, campaign content, invalid contacts, or campaign-planning decisions.

20. Corrections and Administrative Adjustments

AR Magic may correct credit records involving duplicate grants, duplicate deductions, failed purchases, reversals, eligible failed sends, plan errors, administrative mistakes, fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation.

Where practical, corrections may appear in the member's credit activity or internal account records.

21. No Cash Value

Email credits are limited platform-use units. They are not currency, deposits, securities, investments, or cash equivalents. They do not earn interest or create ownership in AR Magic or Traffic Hub Network.

22. Changes to Allowances, Pricing, and Procedures

AR Magic may update monthly allowances, packages, pricing, promotions, expiration rules, campaign limits, queue protections, and recovery procedures.

Current information displayed in the dashboard, checkout, and applicable pricing page controls over older promotional material unless a separate written agreement applies.

23. Duty to Review Account Status

Members should regularly review monthly allowance, purchased balance, usage, remaining credits, reset date, emails waiting, scheduled messages, failures, campaign status, and Campaign Planner recommendations.

Failure to review the dashboard does not create additional credits or require AR Magic to complete a campaign beyond the available balance.

24. Support and Credit Disputes

Questions regarding balances, deductions, purchases, or campaign pauses should be submitted through official support channels. Members should provide the account email, date, campaign or list, transaction information, screenshots, and a clear description.

AR Magic may review payment records, credit ledger entries, campaign records, send logs, queue records, and system logs when investigating a concern.

25. Related Policies

This policy should be read with the AR Magic Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable billing or refund policies.
